Assembly Health Taps Bracha Eidelman to Lead Skilled Nursing Division
Bracha Eidelman joins Chicago-based Assembly Health as General Manager of Quality, stepping into a role tasked with steering the company’s skilled nursing financial services. She transitions to the position after serving as Chief Operating Officer at Apex Global Solutions, where she managed a workforce of over 1,000 employees.
At Apex Global Solutions, Eidelman oversaw a $100 million-plus organization, directing finance, technology, and human resources. Her mandate at Assembly Health involves managing the strategic performance and service delivery for the company’s extensive skilled nursing portfolio. CEO Kevin Offel noted that her background in leading complex teams is critical for the firm's current expansion phase.
Assembly Health currently supports more than 5,000 providers across 48 states with revenue cycle management and clinical support services. Eidelman plans to focus on strengthening existing revenue cycle offerings while driving consistent financial outcomes for clients. She will be responsible for both client experience and the internal growth of the division as the company scales its tech-enabled services.
