The recognition follows a rigorous assessment using the Love of Workplace Index framework, which scores organizations on five specific dimensions: Systemic Collaboration, Positive Future, Alignment of Values, Respect, and Killer Outcomes. For Plume, the accolade marks a significant milestone in a fourteen-month cultural transformation initiated by President and CEO Dan Herscovici shortly after he assumed leadership in April 2025.

Leadership at the company argues that internal culture and commercial output are inherently linked. During the same period that the company overhauled its internal trust and accountability initiatives, Plume expanded its ISP partner base to over 450 providers and completed the acquisition of AI care platform Sweepr. Chief People Officer Lorie Boyd noted that the cultural shift was applied with equal intensity across all global offices, from Palo Alto to Ljubljana, Hyderabad, and Tokyo.

Louis Carter, CEO of the Best Practice Institute, emphasized that the ranking reflects more than just survey data; it signals a genuine emotional alignment between staff and the organization's future. By treating culture as a core business imperative equivalent to product innovation, Plume aims to maintain its momentum in the competitive broadband market while sustaining high levels of employee sentiment.
