The company has established a strict timeline for the distribution of these funds. Investors must hold shares before the September 2 cutoff to qualify, as the stock will trade ex-dividend starting September 3. The record date is scheduled for September 4, with final payments expected to reach shareholders by September 11.

For those holding shares outside the Euronext Securities Oslo system, the company will process payments manually. Paratus, which holds a 50% stake in the subsea operator Seagems, currently maintains a fleet of six multi-purpose pipe-laying vessels engaged in active contracts across Brazil. CFO and Interim CEO Baton Haxhimehmedi is overseeing the execution of this payout, which complies with the disclosure requirements of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
