Four California Firms Secure Diamond Certified Status for August
Four California-based service providers have earned the Diamond Certified award this August, meeting stringent benchmarks for quality and customer expertise. To secure the designation, companies must maintain a score of at least 90 out of 100 on verified customer satisfaction surveys conducted by the American Ratings Corporation.
The latest recipients include Agama Painting, EBA Roofing Inc., Keith Roofing Company, and Valiant Garage Door. Each organization underwent a 12-step verification process, which includes license checks, insurance validation, and confidential feedback from a random sample of actual clients. According to Greg Louie, CEO of American Ratings Corporation, the award remains a difficult threshold to meet, as most firms fail to qualify under the rigorous standards.
These companies now join a network that requires adherence to ongoing customer satisfaction principles and participation in mediation if disputes arise. The newly certified firms offer specialized services across various California regions: Agama Painting serves the Alameda and Contra Costa areas, EBA Roofing operates in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange Counties, Keith Roofing covers the San Francisco and Santa Cruz regions, and Valiant Garage Door provides maintenance throughout the Tri-Valley area.
