To solve the fragmented landscape of women's sports coverage, athlete Alex Morgan and media company TOGETHXR have acquired an equity stake in the Bet on Her app. The partnership aims to unify storytelling with real-time data, creating a centralized hub for fans to track scores, schedules, and community events globally.
The Bet on Her platform was engineered to eliminate the friction fans face when searching for women's sports content across disparate sources. By integrating live scores, broadcast information for over 60 leagues, and a global interactive map of sports bars, the app functions as a daily utility for a rapidly growing audience. TOGETHXR, co-founded by Morgan alongside Sue Bird, Simone Manuel, and Chloe Kim, plans to fold its editorial reach and community-focused storytelling into the app’s existing infrastructure.
For Morgan, the investment marks a strategic push to move women's sports from the periphery of mainstream digital tools to the front page. Dana Drambarean, founder of Bet on Her, noted that the collaboration addresses a long-standing deficit in specialized sports technology. Beyond basic metrics, the app features a curated news aggregator and a real-time social feed designed to host the global conversation around women's athletics as it unfolds.
