The Vienna, Virginia-based company is leveraging this momentum to launch RunMyJobs 2026.3, a release designed to bridge the gap between AI reasoning and practical enterprise execution. By introducing general availability for its Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, Redwood now provides governed access to over 50 production-ready tools across nine global AWS regions. This architecture allows AI models—including Microsoft Copilot, SAP’s Joule, and Claude Code—to interact directly with core business systems without requiring a re-architecture of legacy infrastructure.

Beyond connectivity, the latest update focuses on agentic AI governance. New features such as the Operations Agent, Workflow Builder, and Agent Studio remain in technical preview but aim to standardize how AI agents trigger workflows and maintain auditability. Charles Crouchman, Chief Product Officer at Redwood, emphasized that AI reasoning is limited without a direct link to the systems that run the business. By embedding LLM-powered reasoning directly into job types, the platform seeks to move beyond experimental AI toward reliable, autonomous enterprise workflows.
