Wishpond posted quarterly revenue of $2,350,470 for the period ending June 30, 2026, down from $3,710,437 in the same quarter last year. The company attributed the decline to the divestiture of its Viral Loops business and reduced sales capacity following internal cost-cutting measures. Gross profit fell to $1,556,859, while the firm reported a net loss of $2,160,836 for the quarter.

CEO Jordan Gutierrez described the period as a transition phase focused on aligning costs with the company's leaner structure. However, financial stability remains pressured. On July 27, 2026, Wishpond received a notice of default from its senior lender regarding a financial covenant breach. While the lender has not yet demanded repayment, the company acknowledged that this situation creates material uncertainty regarding its future operations.

Consolidated results were impacted by the inclusion of SalesCloser Technologies, in which Wishpond retains a 62.87% interest. Excluding SalesCloser’s negative EBITDA contribution of $1,421,113, the core business generated a negative Adjusted EBITDA of $148,193. Moving into the second half of 2026, management aims to prioritize organic revenue growth and improved operational efficiency to regain financial flexibility.
