The company’s performance highlights a strong first half of the year, during which comprehensive income reached NIS 1.59 billion, marking a 19% improvement over the same period in 2025. This growth was bolstered by the firm's expanding asset management portfolio, which now totals NIS 638 billion, a 10% increase since the end of 2025. Harel also reported a 23% rise in the Contractual Service Margin from new sales, reaching NIS 992 million, signaling sustained value creation in life and health insurance.

Alongside these figures, the board announced a shift in its dividend policy to a quarterly distribution schedule, declaring an immediate payout of NIS 400 million. Combined with prior buybacks, the company has returned approximately NIS 1.5 billion to shareholders since the start of the year. The credit segment also saw significant expansion, with its portfolio growing to NIS 8.8 billion, driven by demand in property finance and mortgage lending.
