The agreement, secured under Lot 2 of the organization’s procurement process, tasks OneView with deploying a cloud-native, API-first electronic point of sale platform. This technology will replace the legacy Horizon framework, which has long been the subject of intense scrutiny and operational challenges. OneView will collaborate with Accenture, which manages the broader back-end transition, to integrate modern capabilities such as mobile services, self-service kiosks, and advanced customer engagement tools.

Linda Palanza, CEO of OneView Commerce, stated that the company’s platform provides a commercial off-the-shelf solution that avoids the pitfalls of heavy customization. By leveraging a unified architecture, the system is designed to provide postmasters with reliable tools while streamlining daily branch operations. The rollout will proceed in phased stages, with current efforts focused on establishing deployment timelines and rigorous testing protocols to ensure a stable transition for the nationwide network.
