Kaspersky Secures Dual Leadership Honors for APAC Industrial Security
Frost & Sullivan has awarded Kaspersky two regional leadership titles for 2026, citing the firm's efficacy in protecting critical industrial infrastructure across Asia-Pacific. The recognition highlights a shift toward converged IT and OT security models that prioritize operational uptime alongside rigorous cyber-physical defense.

The accolades—specifically the 2026 Asia-Pacific OT Security Customer Value Leadership and the 2026 Asia-Pacific Converged IT and OT Security Product Leadership—underscore Kaspersky’s ability to navigate the complex, heterogeneous nature of modern industrial environments. According to Frost & Sullivan, the company’s success stems from a platform-centric strategy that integrates anomaly detection, asset visibility, and secure remote access into a unified management framework.
Industrial organizations in the APAC region frequently struggle with legacy infrastructure and fragmented security tools that impede response times. Kaspersky’s industrial portfolio, centered on its Industrial CyberSecurity (KICS) solution, addresses these pain points by offering non-disruptive updates and passive monitoring. This allows facilities to maintain production continuity while securing expanding attack surfaces.
"Kaspersky demonstrates customer ownership excellence through a platform strategy built around completeness rather than isolated point capabilities," noted Tetsuya Niihara, Director at Frost & Sullivan. This approach is further bolstered by AI-driven analytics and the Kaspersky Investigation and Response Assistant, which help security teams accelerate threat detection and cross-domain correlation. Adrian Hia, Managing Director of APAC at Kaspersky, attributed the recognition to the company’s localized execution and a partner ecosystem that supports varying levels of cybersecurity maturity across the region’s diverse industrial landscape.
