Hugel Targets US Skincare Market with WELLAGE Sephora Launch

South Korean medical aesthetics firm Hugel is bringing its clinical skincare brand, WELLAGE, to Sephora stores across the United States. The rollout features five flagship products from the Real Hyaluronic line, including the brand’s signature ampoule, toner, cream, mask, and one-day kit. These items will be showcased at the OLIVE YOUNG K-Beauty Edit display within Sephora locations. To boost local engagement, the company is launching a pop-up truck tour across New York, Texas, and Florida, offering consumers 10ml samples of the Real Hyaluronic Blue 100 Ampoule, a top-ranked product at the 2025 Olive Young Awards.

Carrie Strom, President and Global CEO of Hugel, stated that the company intends to leverage its domestic market leadership to drive K-beauty awareness internationally. This move follows the brand’s recent entry into OLIVE YOUNG’s standalone U.S. stores in Pasadena and Century City, as well as broader retail placements on Amazon and at Costco locations in the U.S. and Canada. The expansion marks a significant step for the Seoul-based company as it scales its clinical cosmetic offerings to complement its existing medical aesthetics portfolio.
