Guidewire ClaimCenter Secures Top Global Honors in Celent Report
Guidewire has swept the 2026 Celent Claims Systems Vendor reports, securing eight XCelent awards and earning the "Luminary" designation across four major global regions. The San Mateo-based firm outperformed all other vendors in the study, which evaluates the technological sophistication and functional depth of insurance software platforms.
The Celent reports, which analyze P&C claims systems across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, placed Guidewire’s ClaimCenter in the top-tier "Luminary" category in every region evaluated. According to Harry Huberty, a senior analyst at Celent, the recognition stems from the platform's ability to provide comprehensive functionality that adapts to the shifting requirements of modern insurers. In addition to the flagship ClaimCenter accolades, Guidewire’s InsuranceNow platform was identified as a "Functionality Standout" within the North American market for its agile, user-centric design.
Guidewire Chief Marketing Officer Brian Desmond attributed the success to ongoing collaboration with the company’s 570-plus global customers, noting that the firm plans to deepen its integration of artificial intelligence into claims workflows. Across the four regional reports, ClaimCenter collected multiple individual honors, including consistent recognition for its breadth of functionality and the quality of its customer support infrastructure.
