The new menu centers on a combination of rich, velvety queso and crispy bacon bits designed to pair with the brand’s fried and roasted chicken. Beyond the sandwich on a buttered brioche bun, the company is offering the topping as a standalone side for dipping or as an add-on for existing menu staples. Karla Patino, vice president of marketing and sales, stated that the move aims to layer creamy textures across the brand’s core offerings to satisfy long-standing guest demand.

This limited-time promotion is available now at participating U.S. restaurants, as well as through the company’s mobile app and delivery partners. Founded in Guatemala in 1971, the chain currently operates over 150 locations in the United States as part of its broader international footprint.
