Investors Face September Deadline in Microvast Securities Fraud Case

September 21, 2026, marks the final day for investors to apply as lead plaintiffs in a securities class action against Microvast Holdings, Inc. The litigation targets alleged misrepresentations regarding the company’s profit margins and infrastructure expansion timeline made throughout the 2025–2026 fiscal period.

The lawsuit, spearheaded by the Rosen Law Firm, focuses on purchasers of Microvast securities between April 1, 2025, and March 16, 2026. Plaintiffs allege that the company misled shareholders by inflating its ability to reach margin targets, citing inventory management struggles and customer delays as primary obstacles that were not properly disclosed. Furthermore, the complaint claims that leadership overstated the company's capacity to complete the Huzhou Phase 3.2 expansion project by the end of 2025.

Investors who acquired shares during this window may be eligible for compensation through a contingency fee arrangement, meaning no out-of-pocket costs are required to participate. While the court has not yet certified a class, those wishing to influence the litigation as lead plaintiffs must file their motions before the September deadline. Alternatively, investors may choose to remain absent class members or retain independent counsel to represent their interests.
