The festival, supported by presenting sponsor Martin's Point Health Care, offers a range of activities designed to promote the health benefits and joy of outdoor recreation. Attendees can participate in a bike parade and explore a variety of adaptive trikes and specialized outdoor equipment. The grounds will also feature a makers market, local food trucks, and a bike show.

Visitors have the chance to win a Trek FX 1 GEN 4 bicycle, provided by CycleMania. While entry to the festival is open to all without prior registration, those interested in the bike giveaway must sign up through the organization’s official event link. Portland Wheelers, a non-profit dedicated to providing adapted rides for individuals unable to cycle independently, aims to use the gathering to foster social bonds and showcase the necessity of accessible outdoor experiences.
