Info-Tech LIVE 2026 to Focus on Systematic IT Playbooks in Toronto
Technology leaders will gather at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto from November 10–12, 2026, for Info-Tech LIVE, a conference centered on the deployment of seven interconnected IT Playbooks designed to shift focus from tactical firefighting to long-term strategic organizational outcomes.

Info-Tech Research Group aims to address the common struggle of fragmented IT management by introducing systematic frameworks that span key domains including AI, data, security, and enterprise architecture. The sessions are built around 12-step methodologies intended to help CIOs identify operational dependencies and prioritize efforts that yield measurable business value.
Chief Research Officer Gord Harrison noted that while CIOs manage increasingly complex technology environments, improvement efforts often remain siloed. By utilizing these playbooks, leaders can assess their current capabilities and develop actionable roadmaps. The programming also features a keynote by SVP Geoff Nielson, titled "Become an Exponential CIO," which challenges traditional governance and funding models that often constrain a technology department's ability to drive enterprise-level change.
