ATTOM Launches Specialized AI Agents for Property Market Analysis

Irvine-based data firm ATTOM has expanded its Intelligence platform by integrating three purpose-built AI agents designed to process property data via natural language. The release aims to move beyond general-purpose AI by allowing users to query specific housing market trends, parcel details, and automated report generation directly.

The new suite includes a Property & Place Insights agent for granular parcel data, a Data Analyst agent for portfolio evaluation, and a Report Generation tool that compiles valuations and maps into professional deliverables. By utilizing industry standards like the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent frameworks, the platform integrates into existing enterprise tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.

CEO Rob Barber emphasized that the shift is intended to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business intelligence. Unlike generic models that may hallucinate or lack domain-specific depth, these agents operate on ATTOM’s proprietary database, which covers 160 million U.S. properties. The company plans to demonstrate these capabilities during a live webinar on September 24, where VP of Product Management Sean Mooney will showcase the workflow integration. The move follows ongoing technical collaborations with Snowflake to scale these AI-driven analytics for broader industry adoption.
