CPT Group Taps Sondra Monroe for Business Development Leadership
Sondra Monroe has joined Irvine-based CPT Group as Vice President of Business Development, marking a strategic effort to scale the firm’s footprint in the competitive class action and settlement administration market as demand for specialized legal support services continues to climb.

With 28 years of experience in fiduciary services, Qualified Settlement Funds, and class action administration, Monroe arrives to oversee client acquisition and deepen partnerships with law firms and court-appointed entities. Her mandate centers on shifting client interactions from transactional tasks toward a high-touch, advisory model designed to address the unique requirements of complex litigation.
Julie Green, President of CPT Group, cited Monroe’s history of scaling operations as a primary driver for the hire. Monroe previously held senior advisory roles where she developed national law firm partnerships and managed legal services platforms. She holds a Juris Doctor from the Charlotte School of Law and specialized certifications in Mass Tort Multidistrict Litigation from the Bolch Judicial Institute at Duke University.
