The transition to the new site at 2350 Artesia Ave is expected to conclude within 60 days. CEO Rod McDaniel characterized the expansion as a strategic investment in infrastructure and systems designed to support long-term growth. The Fullerton facility will function as a full-service processing hub, mirroring the operational capabilities of the company’s Tennessee headquarters.

This growth follows a period of significant corporate milestones for the firm, including the 2025 acquisition of ERS assets in Gallatin and the two-year anniversary of the iGlobal Asset Management purchase. To manage this scale, S3 implemented the Makor ERP 2.0 platform, which centralizes serialized chain-of-custody tracking and reporting. Looking ahead, the company aims to secure R2v3 certification for the Fullerton site by the second quarter of 2027. Having processed over 500,000 devices in 2025, S3 is currently tracking toward a 3,000 percent revenue increase over the last decade.
