The proposed acquisition brings Aquila Hash’s end-to-end infrastructure expertise into the Lion Group portfolio. Aquila Hash manages operations across North America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, specializing in data center deployment, GPU cluster integration, and supply chain management for large-scale AI projects. For Lion Group, the integration aims to leverage its existing capital market presence to scale its footprint in the AI economy.

Wilson Wang, CEO of Lion Group, described the target as an ideal addition for accelerating global AI solution delivery. Bin Yang, co-founder and CEO of Aquila Hash, noted that the partnership provides the necessary capital and operating platform to execute larger-scale infrastructure projects. The transaction remains subject to due diligence and the negotiation of definitive agreements, with no guarantee that a final deal will be reached.
