Matthew Domeyer will step into the role of Chief Financial Officer at AudioEye on July 20, 2026, bringing nearly two decades of financial leadership to the digital accessibility firm as it seeks to maintain its current momentum in recurring revenue and market expansion.

Domeyer joins the Tucson-based company following a tenure as Corporate Controller at Flexsteel Industries. His background also includes senior finance positions at Upsher-Smith Laboratories and an eight-year stint at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on audit and advisory services for multinational organizations. CEO Kelly Georgevich stated that Domeyer’s experience in SEC reporting and strategic planning will be instrumental as the firm scales its operations.

The transition comes as AudioEye reports 41 consecutive quarters of sequential revenue growth, with current Annual Recurring Revenue reaching $41.2 million. Domeyer cited the company’s ongoing AI initiatives and favorable regulatory conditions as primary drivers for his decision to join the leadership team, noting that the organization is currently at a pivotal stage in its growth trajectory.
