Hyperscale Data Sets Dividend Payouts for Series D and E Preferred Stock
Las Vegas-based AI and data center firm Hyperscale Data announced monthly cash dividends for its Series D and Series E preferred shareholders. The company confirmed a payout of $0.2708333 per share for Series D and $0.20833 per share for Series E, both scheduled for distribution on July 10, 2026.

The board of directors established June 30, 2026, as the record date for both dividend distributions. Shareholders of the 13.00% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock and the 10.00% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock will receive their payments on the designated July date.
Hyperscale Data, which operates under the NYSE American ticker GPUS, continues to balance its AI data center operations with its broader corporate restructuring strategy. The company is currently preparing for the divestiture of its subsidiary, Ault Capital Group, projected for the second quarter of 2027. This transition involves the exchange of Series F Preferred Stock for ACG common shares, a process that requires specific shareholder action to finalize.
