Kyle Ingraham Named CEO of Freight Brokerage OTR Transportation
Chicago-based OTR Transportation has appointed industry veteran Kyle Ingraham as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Ingraham, who joins the refrigerated freight brokerage following his tenure at Go2 Logistics, will work alongside current President Tim Ryan to steer the company through its next phase of expansion.

Ingraham brings over a decade of executive experience to the role, having previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Go2 Logistics and CEO of Smith Transportation Services. His background includes leadership stints at AFC Logistics and XPO Logistics, where he focused on scaling revenue and enhancing operational infrastructure. The appointment signals a strategic move by CIVC Partners, the private equity firm that holds OTR in its portfolio, to accelerate growth for the middle-market carrier.
Tim Ryan, who maintains his position as President, emphasized that Ingraham’s customer-focused approach aligns with the company’s core mission. Founded in 2015 by Jonathan Braun, the Chicago-based freight brokerage specializes in temperature-controlled supply chain solutions for the food and beverage industry. Ingraham stated that his decision to join the firm was driven by its reputation for service reliability and execution in complex freight markets.
