For urgent issues, the company is deploying ProXpress, a specialized team providing 24/7 emergency leak response across the two Florida hubs.

CEO Eric Crabb noted that the move addresses a growing demand for consistency across building envelope services. To support this, the company has introduced three tiered maintenance programs—Essential, Enhanced, and Complete—designed to align with varying portfolio sizes and capital planning needs. President of Roofing Brynne Smith emphasized that this strategy is intended to extend the lifespan of roof assets and minimize operational disruptions, helping property owners avoid the costs associated with premature replacements.
