Belaire joins the Kyiv-founded firm with over two decades of experience in consumer technology and subscription-based platforms. Most recently, he served as the Global Head of Direct-to-Consumer Marketing at McAfee, where he oversaw subscriber acquisition and growth. His previous tenure includes seven years at Yahoo and leadership roles at AOL and McClatchy, focusing on digital transformation and revenue expansion.

At MacPaw, Belaire will manage the company's global marketing organization, including product strategy, customer engagement, and go-to-market initiatives. Founder and CEO Oleksandr Kosovan noted that the appointment is central to the company’s objective of leveraging AI to enhance user experience. Belaire intends to build upon MacPaw’s existing reputation for platform-specific utility, emphasizing the development of intuitive, AI-powered tools that simplify daily workflows for its millions of users worldwide.
