Westwood and Integra Forge Partnership for Puerto Rico Infrastructure
Westwood Professional Services and Integra Design Group have launched a strategic alliance to provide comprehensive engineering, architecture, and project management services across Puerto Rico. By merging Westwood’s national technical resources with Integra’s established local market expertise, the firms aim to address the region’s rising demand for large-scale infrastructure development.
The collaboration leverages the specialized strengths of both entities to streamline project delivery. Integra Design Group will handle professional services directly within Puerto Rico, while Westwood Consulting Services will manage project delivery, program oversight, and administrative functions. This partnership is designed to scale across diverse sectors, including water, power, transportation, and public infrastructure.
Westwood CEO Bryan P. Powell noted that the move centers on integrating a national platform with design excellence rooted in local community understanding. Carlos Báez, president of Integra, added that the alliance allows the firm to enhance its offerings by bringing deeper technical capacity to projects throughout the island and beyond. Both companies are now positioning themselves to handle complex construction management and planning initiatives as a unified team.
