Full Moons Club Launches First Menthol-Finished Hemp Cigarette
As federal and local regulators tighten the grip on traditional menthol tobacco, Miami Beach-based Full Moons Club is entering the space with a plant-based alternative. Founder Marion Brooks opened pre-orders today for the company’s first menthol-finished hemp blend, marking a shift for the rare women-led brand in the smokable hemp market.

Since launching in 2017 with hand-rolled cigarettes in a Venice Beach apartment, Marion Brooks has maintained a deliberate, slow-growth strategy for Full Moons Club. The new Cooled Blend, priced at $16.99 for a pack of twenty, contains no tobacco or nicotine. Each 85mm smoke features 0.8 grams of sun-grown hemp flower, compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill by maintaining delta-9 THC levels below 0.3 percent.
Brooks emphasizes that the product is designed for existing adult smokers rather than as a cessation tool. To ensure transparency, the company mandates third-party laboratory testing for every batch, covering heavy metals, pesticides, and microbial content. These certificates of analysis will be available online before the initial production run begins shipping in July 2026. While the brand continues to operate independently, its expansion into the menthol-adjacent category highlights a pivot toward a market segment currently facing significant supply volatility.
