Arlo Technologies Earns Spot Among America’s Most Trustworthy Companies
With over 11 million registered households under its protection, Arlo Technologies has secured a top-ten ranking in the Appliances & Electronics category on Newsweek’s 2026 list of the Most Trustworthy Companies in America, a distinction based on investor, customer, and employee sentiment alongside social media analysis.
The recognition comes from a collaborative study between Newsweek and Statista, which evaluated 700 companies nationwide. Analysts determined rankings by measuring public perception and corporate reputation, factoring in sentiment, virality, and direct feedback from stakeholders. For Arlo, the accolade reflects a business model centered on cloud-based security and AI-driven analytics that currently serves more than 6 million paid subscribers.
Matthew McRae, CEO of Arlo Technologies, characterized the award as a validation of the company's commitment to operational standards and user privacy. By prioritizing data protection and consistent service reliability, the San Jose-based firm aims to differentiate itself in an increasingly crowded market for connected home devices and video security systems.
