Regional manager JoAnn Thibault led the inauguration event, joined by company executives and representatives from the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce. The new office aims to replicate the model established by founders Melanie and Daniel Lewis in 2003, focusing on pairing seniors with caregivers intended to serve as surrogate family members. The firm currently offers a spectrum of support ranging from companionship and homemaking to nursing oversight and end-of-life care.

The Hampton Falls launch drew local business owners and community members, with refreshments provided by The Common Man Roadside. Beyond the social celebration, the expansion underscores a broader push for accessibility in regional senior health, with the company confirming it now accepts long-term care insurance, VA benefits, and CFI Medicaid alongside private payments. This site marks the second New Hampshire location for the organization, which maintains a larger presence with 13 offices throughout Massachusetts.
