Google Cloud Opens Private AI Innovation Hub in London

High-level executives will gain access to a sequestered environment at London’s Platform 37 later this year, as Google Cloud prepares to launch its new Model Garden. The invitation-only center aims to bridge the gap between theoretical AI potential and the practical deployment of agentic tools for global enterprises.

The facility functions as a high-stakes workshop where Google experts and corporate leaders collaborate on digital transformation. A core feature, dubbed The Vault, utilizes a 270-degree interactive display to project complex data sets and AI-driven solutions, allowing teams to prototype business strategies in a confidential setting. The architecture itself blends the functionality of a tech hub with the aesthetics of an English garden, featuring a three-story digital atrium and roof access overlooking the city.

Maureen Costello, Vice President for Google Cloud in the UK, Ireland, and Sub-Saharan Africa, described the site as a critical investment in long-term business partnerships. The center is scheduled to begin hosting executive sessions in Q4 2026, providing a dedicated space for stakeholders to integrate Gemini and other Google-developed infrastructure into their operational frameworks.
