Quiddity Engineering Taps Nick Bokaie to Lead Transportation Division
Nick Bokaie, a veteran engineer with nearly two decades of experience in global infrastructure, has joined Quiddity Engineering as Senior Vice President. He will oversee the firm’s transportation practice, tasked with scaling operations across Texas while prioritizing major infrastructure initiatives within the Houston metropolitan area.

Bokaie arrives with a track record of managing multi-billion dollar project portfolios across aviation, water, and civil engineering sectors. His expertise centers on Alternative Project Delivery, specifically design-build and public-private partnership models. Chief Growth & Strategy Officer Kevin Krahn noted that Bokaie’s ability to mobilize large-scale teams will be critical as the firm pursues a more dominant footprint in the statewide transit market.
Prior to this appointment, Bokaie served on the national boards for the American Road & Transportation Builders Association and the Southwest Chapter of the Design-Build Institute of America. His career includes spearheading transit projects with construction valuations surpassing $2 billion. A graduate of Iowa State University with advanced business studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio, he joins a firm that currently operates 14 offices and employs over 700 staff members.
