The survey, which polled approximately 1,500 households between March and May, indicates that local tolerance for corruption has effectively vanished. On a scale of zero to ten, where zero represents total intolerance, the public registered a mean score of 0.3. Beyond personal experience, 97.9 percent of respondents identified a corruption-free environment as a critical pillar for the city's ongoing development, signaling that integrity has transitioned from a policy goal to a deeply ingrained social value.

Public confidence in the watchdog remains high, with a strong majority of citizens confirming they would report any suspicious activity if encountered. The commission plans to utilize these findings to refine its three-pronged strategy of enforcement, prevention, and education. By maintaining this rigorous oversight, the agency aims to sustain the city's reputation while ensuring that every complaint is handled without fear or favor.
