The program achieved its most significant gains in international exposure and professional advancement. SMU reached 9th globally for International Course Experience, an 18-place improvement that underscores the school's focus on immersive learning across the United States, China, and Europe. Simultaneously, the program rose 27 places to 42nd in Career Progress, reflecting the success of alumni in securing senior roles and leveraging a professional network that now ranks higher for recruitment, entrepreneurship, and strategic opportunities.

Dr. Ang Ser Keng, Academic Director of the EMBA at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, noted that the results validate the program's core mission. By blending modular, in-person sessions with global projects, the curriculum addresses the specific needs of mid-to-senior level executives who average 20 years of experience. The Financial Times assessment, which relies on a mix of school-provided data and alumni feedback, confirms that the SMU approach to leadership development effectively bridges the gap between regional expertise and global business fluency.
