WeInfuse and Clarion Automate Infusion Clinic Front Offices with AI

The collaboration links Clarion’s AI-driven front office platform with the WeInfuse cloud-based software, which manages clinical workflows ranging from intake to billing. These AI agents access real-time data regarding orders, prior authorization status, and appointment schedules to handle inbound calls autonomously. Any complex requests that fall outside the agents’ scope are routed directly to the appropriate clinical staff.

Ryan Gallagher, co-founder and CEO of Clarion, noted that infusion therapy requires precise synchronization of orders and authorizations. By automating these tasks, the platform allows clinical teams to focus on care rather than routine logistics. Medix Infusion, a national multi-site organization, has already deployed the integration. According to Medix CEO Carmine DeNardo, the shift has streamlined the coordination process, reducing the time staff members spend on repetitive phone inquiries while maintaining patient support standards.
