GA Telesis Aggressively Expands A320neo Aftermarket Inventory
By securing three Airbus A320neo airframes, GA Telesis is actively disrupting the aviation aftermarket. Rather than waiting for aircraft to reach natural retirement, the Fort Lauderdale firm is acquiring next-generation assets years ahead of the conventional cycle to mitigate global supply chain shortages for serviceable components.

The acquisition, which includes LEAP-1A engine nacelles and landing gear, brings the company’s 2026 expansion to five aircraft. These frames are among the first of their generation to enter the disassembly market, providing operators with rare access to high-demand parts that are typically gated behind original equipment manufacturer channels. This strategy is a direct response to persistent maintenance delays and the growing need for cost-effective, used serviceable material as the global A320neo fleet expands.
Jim Sokol, President of the Flight Solutions Group, emphasized that the firm identifies market shifts well before they become industry standards. By positioning itself to support both the CFM International LEAP-1A and Pratt & Whitney PW1100 platforms, GA Telesis is positioning its global distribution network to fill the supply gap that airlines currently face. This proactive approach aims to provide immediate relief to lessors and MRO organizations, bypassing the traditional ten-year wait for retired aircraft components.
