The service, operated by hospitality startup FanHaus.co, aims to replace standard tailgating with high-end, all-day event programming. Co-founder Tim Hayes, who previously helped launch Lollapalooza, suggests that fans are increasingly seeking premium, curated experiences that mirror the exclusivity found at major tournaments like the U.S. Open. By integrating 5K runs, exclusive merchandise, and trending food activations, the company attempts to turn a standard game or concert into a full-day festival.

Logistics remain a primary hurdle for high-attendance events in remote locations. With 114,419 fans descending on a region offering fewer than 4,000 hotel rooms, the White Out presents a classic capacity bottleneck. FanHaus.co claims its charter model successfully returned patrons to New York City before local attendees had even cleared the stadium parking lots. The company, led by Hayes and entertainment manager John Greenberg, is now looking to scale this model for global concert tours and major sporting events, focusing on sober, immersive engagement.
