UK Breath Spray Brand Stay Cool Targets U.S. Gen Z Market

Moving away from the clinical aesthetic of traditional oral care, UK-based Stay Cool has officially launched its line of pocket-sized breath sprays in the United States. The brand is bypassing conventional pharmacy shelves to focus on TikTok, social commerce, and Amazon, aiming to capture younger consumers with a lifestyle-oriented approach.

The product line features five flavors—Cool Mint, Strawberry, Watermelon, Bubblemint, and Spearmint—housed in recyclable, metallic aluminum containers. Each 12ml unit is designed to provide over 100 sprays, utilizing a formula free of alcohol, sugar, and microplastics. By emphasizing vegan and kosher certifications alongside a sleek, portable design, the company seeks to replace chewing gum and standard mints for on-the-go users.

Michael Dodo, CEO of parent company The Dodo Group, noted that the category has suffered from a lack of recent innovation, leading to a disconnect with younger shoppers. Marketing Director Storm Mascall added that the brand is positioning itself as a personal care accessory rather than a medicinal health product. The sprays are currently available online and via Amazon, retailing for $22.00 for a three-pack.
