The company’s technological edge centers on its patented purification process for Ecamsule—a potent UV-A filter. By securing Korean Patent No. 10-1937332 and achieving quality benchmarks that meet USP 44 standards, Shinsung has effectively localized the production of these water-soluble filters. Their approach includes advanced neutralization and powderization, which simplifies storage and transportation for global cosmetic brands while maintaining high formulation compatibility.

Beyond UV protection, Shinsung is scaling its presence in the natural ingredient sector. Their Dextrin Palmitate line, specifically the COSMOS-approved OG-DP11, offers superior transparency and gel strength compared to standard market alternatives. To capture a wider range of sensory profiles, the company is currently developing three new agents: the softer-textured OG-DP25, the high-transparency Dextrin Myristate (DM14), and the thixotropic Dextrin Palmitate/Ethylhexanoate (DPE33). These ongoing R&D efforts aim to provide manufacturers with precise control over oil viscosity and pigment stability in premium formulations.
