The contract, designated DIR-CPO-6230, creates a streamlined procurement vehicle for cities, counties, and school districts to acquire flood-resilient infrastructure. DHC has assembled a specialized team to handle the full lifecycle of these systems, ranging from industrial sensor deployment and edge computing to secure data communication and public alert dashboards.

Key partners involved in the project include Projexel LLC, which serves as the primary integrator for the CorGrid IIoT platform provided by Corvalent Corporation. Other contributors include BLCCS for facility automation, Install IoT for field technician services, Valiant-X Enterprise for cybersecurity and cloud architecture, and Namauu Technological & Industrial for systems integration. By coordinating these technical disciplines, the collective aims to provide Texas communities with reliable, long-term monitoring capabilities designed to improve response times during weather emergencies.
