Joseph Petrelli of Demotech Joins Association of Ohio Commodores
Marking six decades of service, the Association of Ohio Commodores is preparing for its 2026 fundraiser with the active support of Demotech, Inc. President Joseph Petrelli, who recently joined the organization to bolster local job creation and scholarship initiatives across the state.
Established in 1966 by Governor James A. Rhodes, the Association serves as a network for business leaders dedicated to economic expansion and educational access. Petrelli, whose firm provides financial stability ratings for insurers, serves as a volunteer for the upcoming anniversary event. The organization focuses its efforts on two primary pillars: fostering employment opportunities across Ohio’s diverse economic sectors and funding student scholarships to mitigate financial barriers to higher education.
Leadership within the group, including Grand Commodore David W. Johnson and Fleet Commodore Ginni Ragan, continues to oversee projects intended to drive regional development.
