The alliance focuses on integrating Trident’s space-qualified processors with SciTec’s mission software, creating a specialized testbed for rapid threat detection and sensor analytics. By moving processing power directly to the tactical edge, the companies intend to bypass traditional data bottlenecks that have historically hampered space-based response times.

Ricardo Gonzalez, CEO of Trident Solutions, noted that the integration of resilient hardware with advanced software is intended to reduce integration risk for system prime contractors. Jim Bower, Executive Director at SciTec, emphasized that the partnership is designed to help national security forces maintain decision advantage as global threats evolve. This joint effort targets critical applications including missile warning and space domain awareness, aiming to accelerate the deployment cycle for next-generation defense systems.
