CRC Cloud has moved to break this trend, publishing a rate card that lists Core IT services at $125 and Secure IT packages at $250 per user per month.

CEO Mike Parker argues that the industry's tendency to hide costs and service standards leaves business owners in the dark. To counter this, his firm launched an online calculator that provides instant cost estimates without requiring an email address. Despite this transparency regarding costs, the company maintains a strict policy of anonymity concerning its client list and specific security toolsets, citing the need to protect against potential cyber threats. Founded in 1983 as Computer Research Center, the company operates its own private cloud infrastructure, contrasting with competitors that frequently resell third-party platform space.
