Full Swing Connects Simulator Tech to Mobile App Ecosystem

Stamford-based Full Swing has launched a major software update that integrates its simulator hardware directly with its mobile application. The move allows golfers to automatically sync practice sessions and round data to their smartphones, marking a strategic expansion under parent company Versant Media Group.

The update transforms the Full Swing App into a central hub for performance tracking. By logging into the simulator launcher, players can now push driving range analytics and round statistics—including club dispersion, accuracy charts, and scorecards—directly to their personal profiles. This connectivity extends to game modes such as Stroke Play, Scramble, and Best Ball, facilitating easier data sharing with coaches and peers.

Beyond data integration, the release introduces a multiplayer rotation mode for the Skill Strike game and adds the Rees Jones-designed Victory Ranch Golf Club to the platform's course library. These features are part of a broader effort by Versant Media Group to unify its golf portfolio, which includes Golf Channel and GolfNow, into a single digital ecosystem. Users can access these tools immediately by scanning a QR code on their compatible simulators, with support for existing KIT launch monitor accounts also included.
