The 2026 grant cycle provides $5,000 to each recipient, reflecting a strategy to decentralize philanthropy by empowering local teams to identify specific community needs. This year’s beneficiaries include organizations such as Covenant House New Jersey, which supports youth facing homelessness, and the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity in London.

"Our properties are deeply connected to the communities they call home," said Tracy Bradford, Director and Co-President of the Hard Rock Heals Foundation. By focusing on these three pillars—emergency relief, human rights, and pediatric wellness—the foundation aims to foster long-term community resilience. The selected partners were nominated by staff from Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming locations, ensuring that the financial support reaches groups that are already integrated into the fabric of their respective cities. Since the program's inception in 2016, the foundation has backed hundreds of similar projects, maintaining its core mission of promoting healing through music and targeted kindness.
