The repurchases occurred at a weighted average price of 96.70 SEK per share. Daily volume peaked on August 11, when the company acquired 1 million shares for 95.76 million SEK. This activity aligns with the broader program launched on April 16, 2026, which is scheduled to run through March 31, 2027. The company’s board intends to propose the cancellation of the acquired shares at the 2027 Annual General Meeting, excluding those reserved for existing employee incentive programs.

Following these recent acquisitions, Ericsson now holds 97,669,316 Class B shares in treasury. The total share count for the firm stands at 3,371,351,735, comprising both Class A and Class B units.
