Investors Face September Deadline in Primoris Securities Fraud Lawsuit
Investors who acquired Primoris Services Corporation common stock between August 5, 2025, and June 22, 2026, have until September 21, 2026, to seek lead plaintiff status in a pending securities fraud class action filed in the Northern District of Texas.

The litigation, captioned Boston Retirement System v. Primoris Services Corporation, alleges that the company misled shareholders regarding its oversight of fixed-price renewable energy projects. According to the complaint, management failed to disclose systemic deficiencies in cost estimation and project forecasting, which masked significant cost overruns and execution delays throughout the class period.
The company’s financial outlook deteriorated sharply over several quarters, triggering multiple stock price declines. Following the release of its 2025 year-end results in February 2026, the stock dropped 8.3%. Subsequent disclosures regarding lowered EBITDA guidance, the departure of key executives, and further warnings about project-related cost overruns led to additional sharp devaluations, including a 50.11% decline in May 2026 and a 21.6% drop in June 2026.
Legal firm Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP is currently offering case evaluations for affected shareholders. Investors are not required to take action to remain part of the class, though those seeking lead plaintiff status must file their motions by the September deadline. The firm notes that representation is provided on a contingency fee basis.
