The irreverent card game company Cards Against Humanity is soliciting donations to construct a monument near SpaceX’s Starbase facility in Texas. The project aims to provoke introspection from Elon Musk, with promotional materials bluntly questioning whether the world’s wealthiest individual is a sad person lacking genuine friendships.
The company acquired the Texas plot in 2017 to obstruct border wall construction and has remained locked in a legal battle with SpaceX since 2024 over claims of property damage and trespassing. By establishing an “Official Elon Musk is a Sad Little Bitch With No Friends Monument Design Committee,” the firm is now leveraging its fanbase to finalize the structure's appearance. Supporters can contribute $10 to join the design committee, directly funding a project intended to serve as a permanent, provocative landmark against the backdrop of Musk’s aerospace operations.
